QUALITY ASSURANCE

Design/Pre-Construction Phase - Quality Assurance:
-
Assessing the Owner’s particular Needs and Requirements with regard to Quality of Construction, Building Components, etc.
-
Facilitating and Participating in Collaboration between the Owner, Architect, Design Consultants and/ or Project Engineers during the Design Process, by ensuring that communications between the Owner, Architect, Design Consultants and/ or Project Engineers are both open and effective, which thereby results in the Owner’s Expectations and Requirements as to Quality being better fulfilled;
Construction Phase – Quality Assurance:
-
First and foremost, KSCMS’ Quality Assurance during the Construction Phase is accomplished by continually maintaining a daily and constant presence on the Project Job Site, as the Requirements of the particular Project or Owner dictates;
-
KSCMS Project Managers are required to assess and evaluate both the Progress and Quality of Construction in conjunction with the Owner and/ or Subcontractors and Suppliers on a daily basis;
-
KSCMS Project Managers manage and oversee the Performance of All Subcontracts and the Provision of All Labor, Materials and Supplies for the Project, by ensuring that All Material and Labor for the Project conforms to the Project Plans and Specification and, equally important, the Owner’s Needs, Expectations and Requirements;
-
Quality Assurance is further engendered by KSCMS Project Managers ensuring that any and all necessary and/ or required Building Inspections occur with respect to the various items of work;
-
At any point in time any issues as to Quality arise with Subcontractors and/ or Suppliers, such issues are promptly addressed, rectified and resolved;
Post Construction Phase – Quality Assurance:
-
KSCMS’ Quality Assurance post construction includes promptly and personally Addressing and remedying any Complications or Defects arising post-construction;
-
Ensuring that any Modifications or Repairs made post-construction are promptly scheduled and promptly completed, corrected and/ or replaced to the Owner’s satisfaction.
-
Additionally, All Subcontractors working on Projects managed by KSCMS are required to carry both Workers Compensation and General Liability throughout the entirety of the Project. Such insurance is verified through requiring All Subcontractors to provide and maintain current Certificates of Insurance for both Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
Each and every Member of the KSCMS Project Management Team participates in KSCMS’ Quality Assurance Program.
